Big Ten Basketball Game Alert: Gophers Badgers

As a local Minnesotan, I live and breathe Gophers and if you love Big Ten basketball as much as I do, then you can’t wait for tonight’s Gophers Badgers game. If you were smart, you called Ticket King this morning and bought the last few Gopher Basketball Tickets – if you missed out, you will have to watch on TV (like me!) – Working at Ticket King has it’s perks, but Gopher Basketball Tickets against the Wisconsin Badgers isn’t one of them, you gotta pay retail for Gophers Badgers Tickets and that was not in the budget this month, good thing I can still afford cable because I would be freaking out if I couldn’t watch this game tonight.

Gopher Badger tip-off is a late 8pm at Williams Arena, perfect for people like me who are also totally addicted to Survivor.

Big 10 Basketball Games on Saturday

I love this time of year with all of the great college basketball games! This Saturday (2/13) there are some HOT Big 10 basketball games. Ticket King has college basketball tickets to all of these games!

No. 10 Michigan State Spartans travel to Penn State for an 11 a.m. tip-off.

No. 11 Wisconsin Badgers are hosting Indiana at the Kohl Center for a 1 p.m. tip-off. Ticket King has great affordable tickets and we can offer a cheap local pick-up in Madison as well!

No. 6 Purdue Boilermakers host Iowa Hawkeyes for a 3:30 p.m. tip-off. Be there Big Ten Basketball fans!

College Hockey Badger Hockey Classic: Wisconsin Badgers vs. Michigan Wolverines

This will be my first post about college hockey! Right now my brain is in total college basketball mode, but it came across my desk that this weekend is the Badger Hockey Classic also titled Culver's Camp Randall Hockey Classic.

The University of Wisconsin Badgers hockey team will host the Michigan Wolverines Saturday February 6th at 5pm at Camp Randall Stadium. That’s right, OUTDOORS at Camp Randall Madison!

"The University of Wisconsin has one of the most famous football stadiums in college athletics and one of the most storied men's and women's hockey programs, as well," said Wisconsin Director of Athletics Barry Alvarez. "That makes a perfect match for this kind of event and so we are delighted to be able to bring outdoor hockey to Madison."

How cool is that? Outdoor hockey in Madison. I can’t wait to see something like that on this side of the Mississippi. I am hoping for an outdoor hockey event at TCF Bank Stadium – whether it’s the New Years Day NHL event or even a Gopher hockey event, I think special games like this Badger Hockey Classic are cool and I would LOVE to be in the stands of Camp Randall this Saturday. Hot Big Ten Game Alert: Michigan State Spartans at Wisconsin Badgers

This weeks hot Big Ten game alert is tomorrow nights match-up of the Michigan State Spartans at Wisconsin Badgers. Kohl Center is going to be rocking and rolling! I wish I could travel over to Madison tomorrow night, but I will have to settle for some ESPN action.
