College Basketball Score Updates

It was another great weekend to be a college basketball fan. If you missed the games or sports center highlights, here are my most noteworthy college basketball games and scores from Saturday:

24Baylor Bears 71 (17-5, 4-4 Big 12)
Texas Aggies 78 (17-6, 6-3 Big 12)
Aggies kept Baylor at bay and remain a strong Big 12 contender...well second to Kansas anyway.

Nebraska 64 (13-10, 1-7 Big 12)
1Kansas 75 (22-1, 8-0 Big 12)
There were a few predictable games this weekend,
including this one, Kansas just rolled over Nebraska.

Alabama 67 (13-10, 3-6 SEC)
Mississippi 74 (17-6, 5-4 SEC)
Ole Miss comes away easy with this one.

2Villanova 90 (20-2, 9-1 Big East)
8Georgetown 103 (17-5, 7-4 Big East)
I wouldn’t have predicted this, but you should never underestimate those Hoyas at home!

10Texas 71 (19-4, 5-3 Big 12)
Oklahoma 80 (13-9, 4-4 Big 12)
Texas Longhorns basketball is close to self-destruction mode. Beware.

5Michigan St 73 (19-5, 9-2 Big Ten)
Illinois 78 (16-8, 8-3 Big Ten)
Illinois upsets Michigan State Spartans, but really Illinois is HOT right now and at home, it was less of an upset than sports writers claim.
